
How to Connect to Weekly Calls
The program we will use to connect to the weekly group calls is called WebEx.

You can call in with a regular land line or cell phone using the phone number provided below, or you can connect using a smartphone, desktop, laptop or tablet computer using the link below provided.
​
You will not be connecting using video, in fact we are not allowed to have participants connect using video, so there is no need to use a device with a camera.
​
All study participants will connect using audio only.
​
The facilitator of the group will have their video on, so if you prefer to see them while they talk, we recommend connecting using the computer.
​
If you use the link below to connect to the calls, you may be required to complete a small download to get the WebEx program.
​
Please make sure you are familiar with how to mute and unmute your computer audio/volume before connecting to the calls.
​
Please connect in a quiet room with no background noise. If there is background noise, please keep yourself muted when connecting to the calls.
​
Please connect to the calls 10 minutes before the start of each weekly session.
​
